Small Plane Crashes In Ocean County
OCEAN COUNTY, N.J. (CBS) –– The FAA is investigating a plane crash at a private airport in Ocean County, New Jersey.

It happened just before 11 p.m. Monday at the Eagle’s Nest Airport in Eagleswood.

Authorities say the small plane crashed into a wooded area as it approached a runway.

Police say the pilot suffered very minor injuries.

At last check, the airport remained closed.
