It’s summertime, so you want to look and feel your best when you put on your bathing suit. It can sometimes be hard on a busy day to commit to a healthy lifestyle when there are fast-food chains everywhere you look. When your taste buds are craving excitement, a bland salad from your fridge may not be the first thing you think of. Have no fear, lots of South Jersey eateries are offering healthy options without sacrificing flavor. These local establishments are reinventing the way we think about “the healthy option.”

 

Spicy Avocado & Lime Bowl
