We’ve listed the below events from North to South, starting at Long Beach Island and travelling down the coast to the tip of Cape May.
Barnegat/Long Beach Island/Beach Haven

Santa Visits Viking Christmas Village
Saturday November 24: Barnegat, 10 am-4 pm
Enjoy over 40 artists and crafters, a fire pit with s’mores bar, lawn games, live music, and merriment. Santa will arrive by firetruck at 1 pm.
Meet Santa and Mrs. Claus
Saturday November 24: Bay Village, Beach Haven, 12 am-2 pm
Come out to Beach Haven to meet Santa and Mrs. Claus in the courtyard of Bay Village.
Open House, Fire Pit, and Christmas Tree Lighting
Saturday November 24: LBI Historical Museum, 12 pm-7 pm
Visit the museum for their Elves Workshop from 12-4 pm. There will also be marshmallow roasting and cocoa in Veterans Memorial Park (bring your own stick) from 4 pm-7 pm. The tree lighting and carol singing will be at the museum at 6 pm.
Margate City
Santa Claus is Comin’ to Town
Saturday November 24: Washington Avenue to Essex Avenue, 12 pm
Santa Claus comes to town on a Margate City fire department truck.
Ocean City
Christmas in the Downtown
Friday November 23: City Hall, 1-6 pm
Carolers, entertainment, free horse and carriage rides (1-4 pm) and photos with Santa in a life boat (1pm-3pm). A 5 pm, watch the official tree lighting from the roof of City Hall with the Phillie Phanatic and special guest Jackie Evancho.
Sea Isle City
Holiday Extravaganza
Friday November 23-Saturday November 24: Excursion Park, 4-9 pm (Friday), 10 am-2 pm (Saturday)
The event will feature a Christmas parade, tree lighting ceremony, Santa’s arrival and live entertainment. There will also be free ice-skating (and free skate rentals), refreshments, and other seasonal enjoyment.
Avalon
Festive Friday
Friday November 23: Avalon Shopping District, 11 am-6 pm
This exciting event features more than 40 activities throughout the day, including character meet and greets and face painting, plus the new addition of a cozy station so you can relax and enjoy some live music and children's interactive performances.
Snowfest Saturday
Saturday November 24: Avalon Shopping District, 11 am-4 pm
Head back to Avalon on Saturday for a second day of fun including rides, bounce houses, live music, children’s performances, and free family photos with Santa.
Stone Harbor
Island Holiday and Christmas Parade
Friday November 23-Saturday November 24: Downtown Stone Harbor, 9 am-9 pm
Visit Stone Harbor for family activities all weekend including carousel rides, carnival games, scavenger hunts, craft making, plays and musical performances, marshmallow roasting, pet parade, and holiday dash. The annual Christmas parade will be on Saturday at 6:30 pm.
