CHOCOLATE CHIP CHEESECAKE

Crust
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
3 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. butter, melted

Pie
1/4 cup sugar
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
3 eggs
1 cup mini chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter; press into bottom of a 9" springform pan. Combine cream cheese and sugar, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Blend in chocolate chips and vanilla. Pour into crust. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes, then reduce oven to 250 degrees. Continue baking for 35 minutes. Loosen from pan. Chill.
