Easy Ricotta Dessert

1 pound whole milk Ricotta cheese
3 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 pint fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
1/4 cup unsalted slivered almonds, toasted
Combine Ricotta cheese, sugar, and vanilla, in blender and blend well. Spoon into 4 dessert dishes. Top with strawberries and almonds.
