Orange Cream Fruit Salad Janet Zdrojewski - Willingboro
1 ( 20 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained 1 (16 oz.) can peach slices, drained 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained 2 firm bananas, sliced 1 medium apple, chopped 1 (3.4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding 1 1/2 cups milk 1/3 cup frozen orange juice concentrate 3/4 cup sour cream
In large salad bowl, combine fruits and set aside. In small bowl, beat milk, pudding and orange juice concentrate for 2 minutes. Add sour cream and mix well. Pour over fruit and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. Serves 8-10.
