BAKED CHICKEN SALAD

6 cups cooked chicken (cubed)
2 cups chopped celery
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
1/8 cup onion
1/8 cup lemon juice
2 tsp salt
1 cup mayonnaise
2 sliced tomatoes
2 cups crushed potato chips

Combine chicken, celery, half of the cheese, onion, lemon juice, seasonings and mayonnaise. Toss lightly. Put into a 13x9 pan. Top with tomato slices. Bake 35-40 minutes at 350 degrees. Combine remaining cheese and potato chips. Sprinkle over chicken. Return to oven until cheese melts. (approx. five minutes). Serves 8 to 10.
